Tzatziki
Description
Tzatziki is a traditional Greek sauce made from yogurt, cucumber, garlic,
and fresh herbs. It is cool, creamy, and commonly served as a dip or
accompaniment to grilled meats and vegetables.
This refreshing sauce adds a tangy and herbaceous flavor, perfect for
balancing rich or spicy dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth
or paper towel.

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic,
olive oil, dill, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
